| Kaligirl Hello to all I just got my new yorkie and just love her. I would like some input on how her coat looks and how to tell if it looks like she will have a nice coat. If anyone can take a look at my posted pics and let me know that would be great, |

| Welcome to YT!! I looked at your photos but they are really small and I can't tell anything about her coat but she sure is cute!! What is her name? Is her coat really thick and full? Or more feathery and thin? Usually, if the pup is very furry the coat will be somewhat cottony and if the coat is thinner, they will be silky.

| Thank you for that input. I have 2 puppies and I also wondered about that. Skye has the thinner coat and Star has a thicker coat. They do feel slightly different even now. I guess hers is going to be the cotton type.
