I love it on Buddy as well. It's so easy to maintain
and they still look like yorkies.

Yeah, I thought of Buddy when I saw this, I was so afraid that the shaved part would be prickly, but you said it feels really good on Buddy, and you are so right. It's like velvet. Thanks everyone for all the nice replies.

I haven't really gotten use to it, but I do love it from some angles he looks so adorable, I can't stand it.

I'm so glad your happy with the cut. I love it. Joey really looks
so handsome in it. Very unique I think. Yes, their back feels

I really like the looks of that cut. You get the best of both worlds. I'll have to print that one out and take it to groomers. Aiden is short right now,trying to grow his coat out.

Joey looks fantastic! Aww, Nancy...you'll get used to it. It's much simpler to take of now I bet & Joey will be more active. I recently cut Momo's fur too...I love it!

I really like Joey's cut. I'm saving a couple of his pictures (I hope that you don't mind) so that if I ever decide to cut Missy's coat short, she can get a cut like this. It's awesome!:thumbup:

Nancy, Joey is beautiful! Yes I know he is a boy but he is to good looking to be called anything else. I didn't know he has a tail too.:aimeeyork

That is so beautiful! I love how it shows off all of the golden colors and keeps the darker places looking soft and shiney. I wonder if this style would show off the curves of a girl as well as showing off the physique of a handsome boy?

Oh how adorable is he? About as adorable as you can get:)

Nancy, Joey has a beautiful coat and I think this style cut is especially nice for male dogs. Joey now when you go for a walk, you can aim and get it where you want;)

If he were completely shaved he'd even be cute but this cut is what the stylish yorkie is wearing. The Valentino look: per Joey
