update on Keylee, very tiny yorkie 1 Attachment(s) Just wanted to update everyone on my very tiny yorkie keylee. She is now 10 months old and around a pound 1/2 and still 5" tall. Is is so tiny and had not really grown in months. It is not as much her weight that makes her small but her body size. Here is some updated pictures. Trying to attach pictures and they are not showing up, what I'm I doing wrong?? |

She's just precious:love:! I bet you worry about her all the time, with her being so tiny, huh? My littlest is just under four pounds and I worry about her so much, I can't imagine a tinier doggy! But how adorable she is:D!!!!! |
awww what a cutie...I just love her "crazy" hair...heheh My Tulip has fur like that too! |
She is just adorable:):):) |
She is just too cute! |
Oh yes...I remember this little one;) Hows she doing healthwise? Please do not take this the wrong way...but she looks a little fragile. She's such a sweet little baby..I hope she's doing well...you must worry about her so much...I have a smaller yorkie and they do take a bit of extra care and attention. Kindest Regards, Kez. |
Your little one is so precious! I wish her a very happy, healthy and long life. She is so delicate. Am having trouble even imagining how tiny she must be.:) Feel free to send her to me if you need a holiday!:):):) :hearts-xx:hearts-xx:hearts-xx:exclaim: |
Wow -- she is a tiny one. Very cute and very petite. I love the tininess, just makes me want to take care of them like a puppy. But I am afraid it would make me nervous all the time. Is she doing well -- good health and socializing well? |
Wow that is tiny!! Myah is just 3 lbs.and I thought she was tiny. I can't imagine how hard it is to have one that small. I bet she is such a cutie. |
Gosh, she sure reminds my of my Ryder. Pretty cute little girl :) |
She is so cute...love her hair.. |
What a tiny peanut she is. I hope she is in good health |
keylee, my rat on speed!!! 1 Attachment(s) when she was younger her sugar would go low, but she is great now. We call her our rat on speed, she is so fast. She can out run all by bigger yorkies and Maltese. For the ones that don't rememeber the 1st time I put her on here, I am not one of those people that went out looking for the smallest yorkie, I breed yorkies and Maltese. My biggest (7lbs) yorkie had her, the dad was 4lbs. She was to small to ever sell, and I have been offered alot for her. But she is not going anywhere. She can never be breed or fixed. She is just to tiny. But she is so funny because she can go up my stairs like the speed of light!!! and if you are setting on the floor she can be up on your shoulder in no time. Just climb you. She is great and loves everyone. The only bad thing about her is if I have puppies, she is smaller that most of my 10 week old puppies, but they are normal size but she makes them look big. I have to explain that you don't see very many her size and than tell them how lucky she is to still be here. She had a hard 1st few months of life. I try to make it sound wrost then it was, because I know that with someone that would not have known what to do, she would have never made it. But thank you guy for thinking of her health. I would love her to grow but I don't think she wants to. LOL! I will keep you all updated. O I almost forgot, someone ask about socializing, Like I said above she love everyone she see, and she loves all dogs. I have a big do out side, and when she goes out to potty, she runs out jumps up and kisses zoe on the nose then go to potty. This is every monring. Thanks for asking. We love our little rat on speed!!! |
2 Attachment(s) Goodness! She looks just like my Penelope! Same hair, same color, but not the same size. Pen is 6 months and 2lbs 14oz, so she will get to be 3 or so pounds. I was worried that Penelope doesn't have much coat, but I've seen several Yorkies on this site with similar coats. She is adorable. I breed poodles, and I've had a few of those tinies. I don't let them go to anyone that doesn't have experience with hypoglycemia. I've never had one that small though... Both of these photos where right after a bath and blow dry, she doesn't look this good all the time. In fact, she looks much worse now. |
she is so cute! could you post pictures of her mom and dad. Who does she look more like? I would love to see pictures of all 3 of them.:) |
So tiny! I would worry all the time.Sounds like she does not let her size stop her lol |
Wow, she's itsy bitsy and oh so precious!!!! :) |
What a sweety...I wish her well! |
She is a real itty-bitty cutie pie!!:) |
Awwww she is so tiny!! And what a cutie!!! |
WOW! I think this is the tiniest yorkie I have ever seen in my life! I'm glad you decided to keep her...Sounds like you are making a great life for her. I have a 5 1/2 lb'er and a 4 1/2 lb'er and I thought THEY were tiny!! I worry about them! I would be a nervous wreck with a dog that small...She looks so happy and healthy! Good for you for taking such good care of her! I wish her good health for a very very long time! |
What a peanut!! It would make me nervous with her being so teeny!! I'd be afraid I'd step on her!! |
Thank you guys, I have loved reading everyone post. She is very tiny and a joy to have around. To Penelope: I never see her getting to even 2lbs. I have been giveing her extra calories which also help her sugar stay up. And she just don't grow. When she was a puppy she was not as small of a puppy that you would think. At the time that she was 3, 4, 7, ect. weeks old I would weigh her and the weight chart would have her go to be 3 lbs then a few weeks later it would go down to 2lb because she was not growing. What little she was grow was so very slow. I try to post some pictures of her as she was growing up and the files is to big. You can go to my site to see them at Yorkies You can also see Holly on there, and yes that is Keylee's mom all 7 lbs of her. I will have to look and see if I can find some of Charlie's (dad of Keylee) pictures. He is around 4lb. Very cute little boy. I would love to say he is mine but he is not. He was a stud that I was useing before I got Ace. Let me know what you think. |
She is just a doll, I love her hair!!! She is adorable and I am so happy that you won't sell her no matter what the offer is. Glad to her she is doing great!! |
She is so precious! I thought Silvia was tiny at 2lb 13oz, so I couldn't imagine one half that size! She's beautiful though!! |
TNT comes in small packages....and she sure is one dynamite looking little girl!! |
can you put something next to her so we can compare like a coke can or similar? Thanks, she sure looks like a cutie..... DO you have a hard time not stepping on her? sometimes mine really get underfoot and they are 3 and 4 pounders.... ttfn |
What a cutie pie!! AWWWWWWWW!!!!!!! She's sooooo teeny and cute!! I'm glad to hear that she's so healthy and happy.....I just LOVE seeing the pictures of the tiny yorkies - Twinkle is 8lb and Wicket (who comes home on Saturday :D:D:D) is already 2.2lb at 11weeks! I love my chunky monkeys, but it's great to see all the yorkie 'variety' :) xxx xxx |
