Keylee sure is a cutie. I would be scared to even think of her going in for a spay:eek: with her size! What are her measurements? I bet you have a hard time finding a harness to fit her good. My Jeter is 2 1/2 pounds and I have a step in harness and it is still a bit big were he can get out of it, I am still looking for something that fits him good,I can't imagine trying to find your li'l one anything that is a good fit!

I too think it would be neat to see a video or pix of little Keylee with her younger siblings or even her 2 1/2 pound boy. The only reason being is it is kind of mind blowing actually seeing the size difference. I did that with Jeter and my Axl and Yumi Yasha cause Jeter is so tiny next to his YOUNGER siblings. Jeter was only 10 months old last August when we added our new Yorkies to our family and it was so crazy seeing Jeter next to a puppy and him being smaller than the pup! The only way you could tell Jeter was not the Pup was his hair was longer then the new puppies:rolleyes:

Anyway's best of luck with Keylee and keep the photos of her coming! She is a doll!

Hey everyone Keylee is 1 year old. She is still my very tiny baby. She is still under 2 lbs and is 5" tall. Yes still that small. I have been trying to post pictures but my files are to big, anyone know how to down size them.

She's adorable! I can't imagine how much you must worry about her. My little one is 3.5lbs and she seems so fragile (keyword: SEEMS!)

no trust me you would never want one this small. It is hard to put this in words but she is so small that it is hard to love on her. And then the 1st thing I think about every morning, is keylee ok. If she don't eat every so many hours her sugar will get low. I can not leave her for even one night. If I am going to be gone for many hours I have to make sure she has more than enough food & give Nur-Cal before leaving. I am going to GA this weekend and she has to go with me for sure. Trust me. + she is to small to have fixed, to small to even go in to have her teeth cleaning, and she has 2 baby teeth that needs to come out. (It does last her longer) So when you hear people say that would love one of the very tiny yorkies, tell them no to email me 1st.

She is so very cute!! :) It's wonderful to hear that she's with someone who knows her special needs and can take care of her properly. Thank you for listing some of the things people never consider with the really tiny ones.

She is beyond cute!!
But I can imagine how hard it is to take care of her.
Dromies is only 4 lbs. and I have to constantly watch every step I put down as she wants to be right next to me. Having one even smaller, oh no!!!

Second, thank you so very much for the information you have shared regarding Keylee. Lots of people wish for the itsy-bitsy ones, but they do require so much more delicate care. I admit that sometimes I wish Lucy was a little smaller, but then I think of all the things she does now, that she wouldn't be able to if she was so dainty. Keylee is lucky to have such a wonderful momma as you! :D

It takes a special person to raise such a small one, isn't she lucky to have YOU! The best to your furbaby.

thank you very much, I wouldn't take anything for her, but hope I never have another her size. I hope she will grow some more. I have heard of some still growing after a year old.

I think she has helped me tell people why these tiny tiny ones is not good ideas. People should never go looking for one this small. I think anything under 3 lbs is just to small. And by me have one Keylee's size, then Ace my stud which is 2.11- 3 lb (he goes up and down in weight) and then I have a 5 lb, and 2 7lbs females. But some people look at me like I am crazy and still say they would love to have one keylee's size, and the bad thing is, alot of them is teenagers, that could never take care of one of these small babies. People that work for a living could never take care of one this small. I hope I can just share with people about keylee so they know what comes with these small ones.

Oh and everyone comes running say it is a T-cup so then I have to tell them there is no T- cup anything. It is just a word given by some breeders. (some people will look at you like you are realy crazy when you say there is not T-cup anything) And that I look at Keylee as a dwarf Yorkie, because no one in the bloodline is under 4 lbs. The mom is 7.5 lbs
