Well, there was a thread a while back about have a Christmas photo contest. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sit...ldn-t-fun.html. I've been wanting to do a Christmas card picture featuring Joey for several years now, so the contest got me thinking. Bchgirl and I were discussing what would make a funny picture, and at first I mentioned this idea in jest, but I couldn't get it out of my mind. So I thought I would try to make a bed, and see if it was doable. Most of the accessories were either stuff I had, or purchased form the dollar store. Setting up the room was loads of fun, the little "rug" is just a dollar store car cleaning rag. The only thing I bought for the picture was the little ball and mitt, and that was really the inspiration for the picture, and I'm not sure that's even that noticeable.

Ok girl - you have totally done it THIS time!!! Those are THE CUTEST pics ever!! :D How adorableeee! I love, love, love ALL of them...but #7 is by far my most absolute fav! :D Just TOO cute for words! :hearts6:

Oh my goodness they're all adorable and you did a great job. My choice is #7 because you can see that sweet little face better and #3 in the first set is my second choice.

Oh my goodness Nancy this are the best Christmas pictures that I ever seen here in yt for real:eek: so freaking original:bravo: I love the #3 in the first post, but to be honest ALL are just unbelieveble perfect:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbu p::thumbup:

Thank you so much for sharing this picture with us. Your littly guy is just precious. I don't think your crazy at all. He must be a very special little boy for you to do this. Bless you. My kids are all just saying, " oh how cute". Very creative, just love it!!:bravo: When I die I want to come back as your baby:D

because i am in shock seeing your pics...now i feel like i treat milu like the red-headed step child, and lock her up in the basement seeing how you took your baby's picture.
...all i did for milu was take her to see santa paws and take pictures at the mall with santa paws.

you are trying to make me feel bad!!!!i know you are! you were setting up the bed and the teddy bear, and the whole time you are giggling thinking "i'll bet this will drive milu's mom MAD!"

well, i can't pick the pix yet! after the shock wears out, i will look again, and force my fiance to help me pick my favorite one LOL.

Nancy, that is the cutest picture ever!! I just love little Joey - what a face! My favorites are number 7 and number 1 -- but they are all great! I can't believe you made that bed out of cardboard! I'm coming over to take my pictures for next years card!! :p

Yes, and I can't wait to see your picture!

I want to thank everyone who helped me with this, I was really struggling finding the best picture, there were some things I liked better in each one, and my eyes were getting blurry. A special thanks to Passionfruition for editing picture 7, I love the vivid colors. I uploaded her picture to Walgreens; they have a one-hour service, and pictures are only 20 cents, much cheaper than I can print them for. I just picked up the pictures, and they are perfect, thanks again for all the help and all the kind comments. I had forgotten how much I loved compliments, I'm not very good in person with them, but you all made me feel really great, and I thank you. Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas!!!

No, it's not a secret, I picked #7, read post 10 by Passionfruition, she colorized that picture.

i did show my fiance the pictures, and he really liked them and was afraid that i would get the idea to imitate what you've done. lol.
