Some carriers show no signs at all. they look exactly like traditional colored yorkies. Many of them are Champions. That is why it is such a big surprise when two tradtional colored yorkies produce a parti colored puppy.

Your White Yorkie is absolutely beautiful. I had a lot of problems with a person that I sold one of my Yorkies to, because he had long legs and he had a large white spot on his neck. I even had DNA samples taken by my Vet and sent them to AKC for testing to prove he was a full blooded Yorkie. I have since given him to a family that lost their dog. He was & is still spoiled rotten.

I also own 4 AKC Blue/Gold Yorkies: Weagle Blue, Duchess, Shiloh and Rocky.....pics will later.
I will be having a new litter about Feb. 12th. I am looking forward to welcoming my new babies.

He is probably a parti carrier. They have dark spots on their bellies too and pink spots on the rood of their mouths.

What is a parti carrier? I never new white yorkies existed!!!! I was so excited to see this!

A parti carrier yorkie is one that carries the recessive gene to produce white yorkies with banding on there backs. Two parti carriers bred together can give you puppies that are black and white. Black on the heads usually turns to gold. Black on the backs can stay black or turn to yorkie blue.
