Here are some of the photos from the Texas YorkieTalkers meetup in Waco on Aug. 16, 2008. We held it at Dogtopia in Waco. It was a blast!! :)

Please forgive me, but I'm not sure who some of the furbabies are. I will name the ones I think I know, but forgive me please for those I mess up on or don't know. Feel free to jump in if you know someone.

The final group photo. The furbaby with the bug toy belongs to Mezasyorkies, but I can't remember a name. Sorry! A real cutie though! :)

I know a couple of these

1 - Chloe (Shannatink) is in the cute little dress with her name on it, but I don't know who the other little cutie is.

2- Me talking to Twalla's neices who were a huge help! Thank you! :)

That's it for now. It was hard to get still photos because everyone was running everywhere. We simply couldn't slow them down. lol! :D

I have some video, but I'm still editing it. I'll try to have it up later today.

It sure was fun, and the furkids had a blast I think. Gizmo zonked out in the car on the way home and didn't wake up again until this morning. Then, he was ravenously hungry. :) This was so good for him. :thumbup:

Thanks Judy for posting the pics. Murfee and Sam zonked out in the car on the way home too.....unless a motorcycle went by and then Sam had to protect us!!! Jess and Morgan (Twalla's nieces) zonked out too:) They were so much help and are precious.

They were wonderful young ladies. I don't know how I would have handled everything without their help and Twalla's. It was great to finally meet you and Murfee too. :) Your strawberry bread was awesome by the way! I didn't get a chance to try it until we got home. W@W!! :thumbup:

It was wonderful seeing everyone and meeting new YT'ers. It was so nice to finally meet Patty58. She is such a very sweet person.

Awww, these pictures are so great!! Everyone looks fabulous and I know you guys all had an excellent time! ;) And to everyone who asked me - I am so sorry that we couldn't make it :( We have had sooo much going on lately...this is actually the first time I've been on in 3 or 4 days I think :( Geez, I need a vacation!!!! :eek:

So glad to see these pics...I have been anxiously awaiting them!! :D Big hugs to all my Texans!! ;) :D :hug:

Thanks for posting the pictures! Scooter had so much fun yesterday that he not only slept through the night but also felt the need to sleep quite a bit today. We loved meeting everyone.

On another note, I thought the ladybug toy was super cute, even though it was thoughly loved by one dog and I was determined to find one for Scooter. I went online and after some serious searching, I found them. If anyone is looking for one, JB Pets (J-B Wholesale Pet Supplies, Inc.) and Muttropolis (Pet Supplies: Online pet supplies and pet products for dogs and cats — Muttropolis) have them. Others may have them too but I feel safe ordering from either one of those stores (I have ordered from JB and I have been to the Muttropolis store in California).

Make sure you get the mini! The regular size one is as big as our yorkies! lol I almost made that mistake, but Erin caught it. I bought mine from Barkaholics, but Erin is out of the mini toys for now. What I really like about it is that it is made in China, but has been tested and is safe for our babies.

Oh it looks like you gals/guys/ and furbabies had such fun, I wish I could have made it but I just got my baby on Monday so she still needs to get a few more shots before she can go play with friends but I hope we can be at the next one.
All of the babies look so cute!

DITTO THAT!!!!!!!!!!! :)Everyone in Texas seems so friendly and fun loving!! We arent even having any of our fall shows this year in AZ. I am going through withdrawls.:( Great pictures!!!!!!!!!!!

Funny you mention that, I looked at the sizes before ordering. I ordered the Junior size because when buying other toys like hide-a-squirrel, I have noticed a huge difference. Plus, it was only $4 plus shipping for the junior sizeso it has to be small to only cost $4. I wish Barkaholics had it but I understand being out due to popularity. Next time I will order from Erin!
