| I'm Foxie!! Hello to everyone at YT! We just picked up our new and first puppy on sunday. Her name is Foxie and she is a 4 month yorkie/pomeranian (yes she's a mutt, but she's MY mutt ). She is as sweet as can be! She is still very very quiet but she is starting to loosen up. Somethings that you all can help me with: For the first two days she didnt walk and know she only walks when i place the food in front of her and when she sees her bed in sight. It's hard to start the potty training because I can't get her to move. I will put her lead on but it turns into me dragging her instead of her walking. But on the good side, she did potty outside twice. With the fact she loves to lay down its hard to get her to "play". She likes to lay down and to have us pet her. While I'm content with the fact that she's sooo content, I just want to have peace of mind that this is just an adjusting phase she is going through and maybe she will bark once or twice so I know she is ok. Thanks in advance and I hope to be very active in this community! Here are some pics to enjoy. |

| Welcome To Yt! There Is A Great Family Here At Yt And Everyone Is Welcomed Into It! Also, Sometimes Adjusting Takes A While. When I First Got My Lil Girl She Didn't Do Much But Lay Down But She Started To Loosen Up After A Week Or So And Now She Roams The House Like Mad Woman! :d Your Baby Is Precious!

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | She is a cutie! I have a pom/chi mix and I love my mutt Rusty just as much as my Yorkies! Sometimes it takes awhile for them to scope out the area and get comfortable enough to start playing and trusting a new place. It will come and them you will want her to stop playing and rest

| Foxie is adorable! She's going to adjust to her new environment fine! She's just lovin' that new bed. She'll be up and around before you know it. Baby her with that high pitched baby sound like Lexi Rae said and that will excite her!

| Sooo sweet. She's probably just a little shy, getting used to everything new. If she was kept in a small area since birth, she doesn't know what to do with all this freedom. I'll bet she's running the whole house in a very short time, so maybe you should enjoy this calm/lovable stage

| She's beautiful! Has she been to the vet for a checkup yet? Might be something to mention to the vet. Where type of environment did she come from? |

| sorry for the late reply! Thank you all for the loving responses. Foxie is starting to explore a little bit more, but still content with laying in her bed (which I'm fine with!). She did bark once in the middle of the night, so I'm extremely happy she is acting a little more puppy like. Thank you all again for the advice! |

| Also she has seen a vet and there isn't any major issues, it maybe due to fear or adjustment. |
