This is Chicago aka CAGO

He is 16 wks and 3 pds!!! (he seems so small to me because kiele and skoshi were 2lbs at 8 weeks so its hard to believe he is so much older.

I already wanted another boy before Skoshi died and I hope no one thinks badly of me. In no way will he be able to replace my baby skoshi. but i do love him!!

What a little cutie! Congratulations on the new baby! Don't let anyone give you a hard time about getting him..You are the one in charge of your life, not anyone else! Besides, I have heard lots of stories where getting a new puppy helps relieve the pain of losing another.

Don't dare feel guilty about getting another puppy. Grief is an individual emotion and we all react differently. What is right for you is what is right.

YAY for you Liz. I am sooooo glad to see you get another sweet boy. The loss of Skoshi was horrible but I know he would want his mommy to have another sweet boy to make her happy and not be sad. Take care of that sweet Chicago and keep postin pics as he grows!!
& no.... we would never think you are replacing Skoshi... just filling a hole in your heart and keeping the happy memories of Skoshi tucked away for a life time to cherish.

congrats...and I agree, you have to do what your heart tells you, no one knows your pain but you. You also know what helps the pain. Your new baby is a cutie...

he is beautiful! and I love the name.

I think our babies are brought to us for their special time with us..... Skoshi was brought to you for his time, and now it is time for "Cago" to carry on the happiness... I am sure Skoshi is smiling down on you!
