There is a GIANT groundhog that lives in the brush behind my house....he often comes out and walks around the yard.

Today, Sully SPOTTED the groundhog and out came his terrier instincts! He ran barking at the groundhog and jumped into the brush and started digging around!

Of course, the groundhog was aware of Sully far before Sully was aware of the groundhog, LOL. But Sully was so funny to watch digging in that brush!

And now he's filthy! Check out my dirty dog!

(I wish I had taken a pic of the groundhog before he got away b/c he was huuuuuge!)

Sorry to laugh but I just had to give Recon a bath. I took him to the lake this morning (of course forgot the camera) and he spotted some ducks to he went for a swim. All his pretty white was a nasty green color. EWWWWW


And he stunk big time. Thank god I took the jeep and not my car. I can not imagine my new car stinking like a combo of icky lake water and wet dog. MMMM YUMMMY can only imagine what it would be like.

OMG - that is so much fun - an ACTUAL HUNT !! My girls have to pretend lol !! GREAT shots of the Great Sully Hunter ! I love seeing him in action - next time - VIDEO !!! (yeah ...like it's THAT easy right" ? )

Chanel is SO IN LOVE !! She wants to groundhog hunt and she LOVES getting filfthy !! Her and Sully would have such a time ....

Bring her over here and she can hunt chipmunks with Memphis. I have been trying to catch him on video but he is way to fast. The little chippys like messing with him I think. they will wait for him to sun bathe then run up and nip his tail. LOL drives him nuts.

They REALLY bite his tail ? OMG that is too funny - they have a sense of HUMOR !! NOW I know why I've ALWAYS loved Alvin and the Chipmonks !

yes they really nip him. they are seriously going to drive him nuts one of these days.

Alvin and the chipmunks was my fav as a kid. I still have thier x-mas record. LOL

I do too !! I even burned it for my son so they have their own Christmas music ....lol ...Those voices trip me out !

Oh, I know! Funny looking back on what we enjoyed as kids! :p

My younger brother had a friend who loved the Chimpmunks Christmas CD soooo much that he would play it all summer.... um yeah so whenever this annoying kid came over to my house, he brought his tape player and had to play that darn Christmas cassette of Alvin and the Chipmunks.

I love this thread. First, Sully looks so cute all dirty. He will need a good bath tonite. He is perfect for Channel. Too cute.
Kelly, That was too funny. Recon also went on a hunt today, oh my, another bath. I will love to see a pic of the chimpmunks nipping Memphis Tail. That is so funny. :)

Kids will be kids! How does that song go??? ,,,,Play in that dirt.. Ohhhh I am terrible remembering songs. This will drive me nuts all day. I think he was just having fun! He is soo Cute! Squirrels drive my Charolette nuts. They sit in the trees off of my back porch and just stare at her. But it is the only way I get get het to go outside. I say...you wanda get that squirrel? And out she goes...barking. She can do it! She will take charge and make sure we don't have any squirrels. It is cute to watch. My Miss Fearless One! :animal36

I just resized these - They're funny! Sully, my little darling, got soooooo dirty!

(But he DID get a bath today, so now he's clean, silky soft and yummy smelling!)

Yes! He is the BEST, if I do say so myself.

Sully is almost ALWAYS perfectly behaved! He never pees/poops in the house, always eats at meal time, never chews on anything but HIS toys, loves to cuddle and sleep in with me, follows me to every room I enter/exit....loves to give kisses, loves to show off his tricks to any visitor, loves to play with my 2-year-old twin cousins even if they are rough with him, he's sweet back, always behaves when I take him to work with me....

To be honest, I've never seen a better dog in my whole life! I'm the luckiest puppy mom EVER! Sully's 1st birthday is in less than 2 weeks & I'm getting excited. He's getting a BUMBLE BALL! (But sshhhh don't tell him, it's a surprise, heehee!)

a ground hog. well, no they're not really dangerous at all. i googled them so you can see what they look like. ok here are some ground hogs. i see them all the time when we're driving past a grassy field or by woods.

OMG - She would LOVE to jump out of the cake ! She's definitely up for the challage -
