Does your yorkie like to play with "weird" things... 4 Attachment(s) For example...Sammi is playing with a laundry detergent cap in these pics I took of her this morning...She also loves to play with plastic margarine containers...Tupperware...Doorstops... How about your yorkies...Would they rather play with "weird" things rather than their toys??? |
Yep, anything plastic, the cats tails, anything wood, anything paper, OK anything she's not suppose to have. Oh yeah and she loves to play with her dry puppy food. She'll take a peice out of her bowl, throw it around, chase it, pounce on it, tackle, then eat it. (she does this with every peice) |

We bought these colored mice toys for our cat and they are Olivia's favorite. We usually have to keep them up on the counter beccause Olivia gets a hold of them and chews on them. Of course, when you go to get them out of her mouth she darts arcross the room! Our cat, being the well-mannered animal that he is, seems to go on the counters and get them down everyone once in a while during the night, and then Olivia gets a hold of them the next morning. Olviia has tons of her own toys, which she never touches, but loves those stupid mice. Olivia's favorite game has been "rip the stuffing out of mommy and daddy's box spring and leave it all over the bedroom." We try to keep them out of the bedroom, but as soon as the door is open, Theo (our cat) goes in there under the bed and Olivia (Theo's shadow) follows right behind. What a mess they make! |

yes, anything plastic... But I think their favorite is anything that has a squeeker in the middle of it.. Those pics are really adorable.. |

And toliet paper tubes, newspaper, kleenex, and sponges. I really have to work to keep her away from the sponges cause I'm afraid she'll swallow some. She loves them. |
tucker has some strange obsession with paper. he will bring it everywhere with him. there are constantly little pieces of torn up paper all over the house. i'll get a picture of it next time! |
Teddy's all time favorite play toy is the hard plastic spindle left over roll from the weed whacker line. He will chew on it for hours and barely make a dent! He also rolls and attacks it throws it in the air and catches it with his paws. Watching him play with that discarded piece of plastic is priceless. |

Olivia plays with our other animals toys. She loves the cat's mice, and she will run full speed into my parents room, take one of the toys that belongs to their dogs, then run it back into my room like its stolen goods. My parents dogs weigh about 20 lbs apiece, so these toys are twice as big as Olivia. She also LOVES to shred tissues :rolleyes: |

Shelby's favorite toys are the my cats mice that has bells on their tails, and a film canister that she found on the floor. She has already bitten the film canister so badly that the lid doesn't fit so she just plays with the part that holds the film. She throws it up in the air and then runs after it. Kinda nice I don't even have to throw it for her she does it herself lol! |
Daisy loves to play with a plastic spatula, maybe she would like to cook! |

My girls will play with ANYTHING...leaves outside...rocks...bottle caps...anything plastic...socks...SHOES...basically anything that is left within their reach that is not one of their toys...it is amazing I buy them new toys all the time and yet they still love to play with the odd stuff!!!! |
1 Attachment(s) This isnt the greatest pic but Preslee got a pretzel that I dropped last night and played with it for darn near and hour. Probably would have been longer had Recon not walked up and ate it on her. LOL She would throw it around on the floor then run and fetch it. Then jump up on the couch with it and drop it onto her pillow. Then bark and growl at it. Then jump down on it and attack it. The pic is of her nipping it and lightly biting it while growling. She sure is a goofball. |
My Bell doesn't play with weird things, But she is always finding weird things to eat! Actually, she plays with lizards in the yard, but she plays too hard and usually ends up killing them! :eek: |
Pippa "collects" plastic bottle caps off the 20 oz coke bottles. When we throw one to her, she immediately picks it up and takes it to our bedroom on a little throw rug where her treasures are collected. She rarely plays with them again-just collects. Also in the collection is the empty Cesar dog food containers...LOL |

Gucci really doesnt play with weird stuff. I do have to keep my daugther's dolls away because Gucci will take them and start pulling their hair. Rarely I see her playing with the caps of platic bottles. She is always playing with her rope and her squeaky fluffy ball. |

My boys love the dryer fabric softener sheets. Whenever one drops from the clean clothes as I am emptying the dryer they grab it and go NUTS! |

Oh yes, Bear is obsessed with playing with anything that isn't his toy. I keep buying new toys for him, but he doesn't like any of them but his Kong, lol. He absolutely LOVES playing with my daughters toys though, hahaa. I am constantly taking them away from him lol. But yes, he loves to play with paper, plastic, blankets, pillows, my daughters toys, the carpet ... yeah, pretty much everything he's not supposed to play with! Amy |
