Thanks!! No it came like this, i just bought it yesterday, i saw it in a store around here. They sell women's clothes but have a few dog clothes too.

I got it at Mandees. I checked on their website and it's not there, i think it's new, but they have other ones like Little Miss trouble, and the ones for boys. If you have one in your area maybe you will see it in the store, or if you really want Little Miss Chatterbox and can't find it I can just buy one for you and send it to you and you pay me for it, i paid $14 for it at the store. They had a lot of sizes. Just let me know

Oh and here's the website, there are some on sale also

I love the chatter box dress. Please try to video her trying to talk. Buddy does the same thing....he tries so hard to talk but I cannot get it on video.
