| Aww that is so sad. Such a tiny baby. Hope your niece considers another before too long. It cannot replace this one, but can help her heal. 17 years is a long time. I lost my Cairn terrier after 16 years and it about killed me. I had rescued Tilly about 3 weeks before Ginger passed and it was a blessing to have Tilly to help ease the pain. Sonya

| I know how you feel, I also lost my lab after 14 years, I cried for along time. God always opens a door when one closes, that is when we started getting yorkies. He knew exactly when and what I needed at the time. Nothing ever took our labs place but now I do have three more babies to in my heart too.

| 17 years!! How wonderful that Baylee lived that long. I know this must be so difficult for your niece...I'm so sorry for her loss... It sounds like this baby was incredibly loved and had a wonderful, very long life.

| RIP Baylee I feel so badly for your niece, and for you She must have been the best Mommy to him, 17 years is a nice, long life. I wish that they could live forever, but unfortunately, that's not the case. She gave him a wonderful life, for him to live so long.

| Michelle must have been an incredible mommy to give little Baylee 17 years of love. I am so sorry for her, and your, loss. Use those 17 years of happy memories to give you both the strength to get thru. We got RoxyJo to help fill the void of the loss of my dh and she has been a Godsend. Your neice's Papillon will be a great help to her. Rest peacefully, little Baylee.

| Baylee is my Granddog. I gave him to my daughter the day she moved into her very first apartment where she wouldn't be lonely. That was 17 years ago. His full name is Huntington Baylee Kendall. This came at a bad time for my daughter, (not that there is a good time for this sad situation). She was to fly to California to meet her boyfriend's parents for the first time. I am taking him to Precious Moments today for his cremation. She wanted it this way so that she will be able to have his ashes and memory with her wherever she lives. Thank you for your kind words, prayers and thoughts of Baylee and Michelle today. She needs them all. |

| Oh please give my condolences to your niece and to you. Its wonderful to see Baylee lived such a long, happy life. Its always so hard to lose a baby, but it does help when you know they were loved and cared for, for so long! RIP Baylee!

| Baylee's Mom When my Aunt first emailed me she had sent something so personal out I was kind of upset. But after reading all the lovely things you have said I thank you all. It had not occurred to me that I must have been a good mom to him for him to stay with me for all these years so thank you for opening my eyes to that. Especially when all I keep thinking is I did not do enough. Anyway ladies I thought this idea was silly but hearing your kind words has made me feel a little better, not so much better that I am going to stop crying but better, thanks ladies! |
