Gracie, I know you are in heaven and I'm an idiot for writing to you on Yorkie Talk. I miss you every minute of every day, but I really missed you badly today. Daddy and I took Cinder and Lexy to a pool party and it just didn't seem right that you weren't with us. Daddy calls Lexy "Gracie" about half the time! he misses you so much Sweetheart! You will always be the love of my life, my baby, and now my angel. So many times on YT, I'll share something about you! I wish all the Yorkie lovers could have known you and how beautiful you were on the outside and the inside! Take care of Scruffy and give him a kiss for me and tell him I love him and miss him too!

Elizabeth that is such a tear jerker!!! I am so sorry you don't have your Gracie any longer!!
If it isn't to personal, how long how she been gone?

Just since February. I don't think I'll ever get over it. She was truly our child. We love our other dogs, but she was so special and had such a little diva girl attitude. I promise you I'd give up every material thing I have in this world to have her back. She would be soooooo Alpha to little Lexy!

You are not an idiot and it is perfectly normal to miss a little loved one . She was precious to you . Feel free to write about her anytimes you want .

I remember reading qbout it when you lost Gracie and I will never forget it! I was a new mommy to Hefner and it made me be even more protective of him! I hope I never have to go through theat pain!! Thank you for sharing your remembrances with us!

You got me so choked up - your Gracie just sounds totally awesome and she hears you - I know she does....I wish I could have known her... she sounds very special.

I know your heartache, I'm going through it myself. I lost my precious baby in February and I don't think I will ever get over it. She was my life and like you I would give anything I have to still have her with me. You are in my prayers!

of course you'll never get over loosing him. the best that happens is that you just get used to not having them around. i'm really sorry i know some days are like that. we're getting a new puppy on saturday and whenever i talk about him, tucker, i accidently call him bandit. it's just something that happens and there's nothing to do about it and taht's what i hate about it. just remember that she's in a better place and had the best home possiable while she was here. she knows that she'll always be in your heart and she's there watching over you we all know that. i hope you feel better soon. it's wonderful that you allowed another fur baby into your life!

we thought the same thing after bandit died. infact just today we went and we are picking up our new baby on saturday.

I'm crying for all of you! I couldn't imagine nor will I pretend to understand your pain but what I will do is keep you in my thoughts and prayers! I think it is highly admirable that you write to her and you should keep writing always! I will always read them

Sophie was my angel. She was a gift many years ago and lived in my arms. I never realized I could miss anything so much. She was a tomboy, hated bows and long hair and was the sweetest little thing I've ever seen. She wasn't even sick, just died suddenly while in my lap sleeping. One day I will get another, I would love one now but when Sophie passed it literally broke my heart and I was hospitalized for several days with a heart condition. Right now there isn't anyway I can afford to get a new puppy so I'll have to wait until I can save up enough money because nothing but a yorkie will do. Once you have one you can't hardly settle for anything less.
Cherish your baby and spoil it rotten while you have it with you, you will never regret it - I sure don't!
