Hello all, it's been a pretty tough week without Bella. I can't thank all of you enough for all of your thoughtful comments, prayers and loving words of support. Thanks to all of you for the cards of condolences and for those of you who emailed me your private home numbers. You all are my strength and my angels. I can't stop thinking of Bella splattered all over the street, and the image of her in my arms haunts me daily. Every morning as I leave my driveway and go past the exact spot where Bella was hit my eyes fill with tears. Just a few moments ago I got a call from the vet letting me know that her ashes are ready for pick up. The sadness and tears have started again. I know I can't do this alone, so I will wait for my husband to get home tonite and take me to pick up the ashes. Again, thank you all for your support. I know it will get better with time, just wish I could fast-forward into the future.

To make matters worst, I just got a fed express package of hand made pink bows I ordered for Bella. Even though I had a bunch of bows left from when Tinkerbell passed, I didn't want to use Tinkerbell's bows for Bella because I wanted Bella to have her own special pink bows. This just adds salt to the wound, although maybe its best that this all happens at once so I can get the pain over with.

I knew something was wrong and as I looked past him I saw his wife in the middle of the street. I ran over there screaming like a maniac and instinctively grabbed Bella off the road. Blood was everywhere and her eyes were bulged out. Part of her head was crushed. Somehow or other my husband was told and he ran out there and grabbed me out of the street before another tragedy occurred. Right now I am on sedatives. My husband took the our three kids out of the house so I can be alone. I can't believe this. Two babies in ten months. More pain than 1 person can bear. I am in a daze right now. Probably won't even remember writing this passage.

I am so sorry for your lose.....I cannot imagine losing 2 that close together in time!! My heart is breaking for you as I write this.....sooooo sad! I don't pretend to know all of your pain, but my Lily passed away 1 week ago, so I understand your hurt and loneliness. I will keep you and your family in my prayers and thoughts......god bless

Hi Mia,

The same exact thing happened to me this summer with my baby Kiwi. My heart goes out to you and your family, this is one of the most devastating things that can happen. I know how it feels to have that image in your head of the accident. Someone told me to think of the good times I had with Kiwi instead of the accident, this was honestly the best piece of advice I ever could've recieved. So please remember the good times with Bella, it's what she would want too.

This accident is NOT your fault, there is nothing you could've done to prevent it. Please don't blame yourself, Bella, or your child for this...it's just one of those bad timing things.

I think it's a great idea you got her ashes, I did the same with Kiwi and have her near my bedpost. Tinker, bella, and kiwi are all playing in heaven waiting for us

Try renting some movies to keep you busy! I think it will be good to have your husband or a friend nearby you for the next few days. God bless

Oh gosh... I don't even know what to say. I'm so incredibly upset for you. I read this back when you first posted and didn't reply because it upset me so much then. This morning I learned that we have a connection. You see, my girl Blossom... she's Bella's Mommy. I know how much I love her and the connection we have. I can't imagine what you're going through. I'm so very sorry. I just don't have the words to express to you how sorry I am that you're going through all this. Please know that Blossom and I send our love and condolences.

This was so sad to read, and I can only imagine how painful it is. They are both together now after crossing the rainbow bridge to meet one another.

Hi! I haven't been on here much myself lately. Yes, Blossom is mine now. I bought her from Deb last year. Blossom is my lover girl. She is so incredibly sweet and spunky! She is in my avatar and there are more pictures of her on my website if you'd like to take a peak at her. She is beautiful!
