| Chloe Chloe came into my life 8 and a half years ago just a small ball of fur and to be honest I was not to keen on her at first as I thought all small dogs were ankle biters and yappers. When my daughter put her in my hands and she looked up to me with those big brown eyes I knew then who owned who. This comming Thursday will be a month that I had to let her go. I held her close as she passed and I am still crying over her loss. My heart is broken and I took it harder than my wife. Every where I look there is memories of her. I guess others have had their hearts broken by the loss of their Yorkie.Jazmine my other Yorkie is beside herself. Jazmine was the dominate one I am thinking of getting another puppy any advice on how to introduce a puppy to Jazmine? Thank You for reading this and remember to give your Yorkies all the love you can as you never know when they may leave. Jim |

| i'm so sorry for your loss Jim. Your words was touching. I heard to introduce another puppy to jazmine, it's better to start off introducing them at a neutral place, somewhere else. And when jazmine is more comfortable, then bring the new puppy home.

| Jim Welcome to Yt, it's a place where you can obsess about your yorkie and no one thinks you're crazy. Many of us on here have lost a baby. It seems we are always congratulating somone on their new one, and at the same time, grieving with someone else over their loss. You can blubber all you want here. The bad days will get farther and farther apart, but there will always be bad days. Most of on here are women, but there are a few guys, but it always hits me harder when the guys cry. I hope you find a new one soon. BTW I'm a wine lover too. In fact I'm enjoying a glass right now. |

| Welcome to YT Jim! I am so sorry for the loss of your baby. Whenever I read these sad stories I always reach over and give Simon and Hallie an extra kiss. You will find a ton of information on here about introducing a new puppy from those who have gone through the same pain and loss you are experiencing. RIP Sweet Chloe........ |

| Hi Jim - I'm glad you found yorkie talk. I'm so sorry to here about your little Chloe. It's amazing how these little ones capture your heart and soul. My husband was not very happy when I brought my first yorkie home but now we have two, and he turns to mush around our little furbabies. I agree with the other posts, that you introduce your new yorkie on neutral ground. Worked well with me. I was also extra careful not to fuss over the new puppy in front of my other one. Looking forward to future posts..... Kim
