| Couver'smom, the police couldn't do anything at all. The jerk asked me if I wanted them to come and arrest the neighbor's dog? I'm afraid nothing else can be done. Idk if they had to pay for fines but I do know they didn't even have to pay the fees to have their own dog euthanized. The county ended up paying for that. Rubymoon, thank you so much for the kind words. That makes me feel better. I absolutely would have done anything for my baby. When he was 3 we payed out thousands to save him bc bladder stones were blocking his eurethra. Two surgeries and he had a reconstruction so he had new spot to pee out of. My boy was so special! It helps to think he's happy and not in any pain.
