Paris has been gone a month. I still look for him when I come home. I miss you Paris.

Oh I can laugh about the silly things he used to do, and am remembering the great times, but I will always miss him, Thanks, Ladyjane.

I am so sorry for your loss. The pain eases in time, but it never fully goes away. The love last forever, and so do the memories. I wish you peace, comfort, many beautiful memories, hope, and love always.

Gosh, it seems like it was just yesterday.... I think Yorkie relationships are so much more emotionally intense than anything else, it makes their passing also much harder. One quote I like to remember is that death is always hardest on those left behind. Especially when one has been caregiving for a sickly or aged friend.... the shedule for daily life with medicines and feedings and checking on them constantly to make sure they are comfortable can be overwhelming. Then when they do pass on, one is left with an immense amount of time on one's hands, and it really takes some time to get into and become comfortable with a new schedule... Hugs,

I didn't realize you had a blog until Paris' passing, but I have since read it. It brought tears to my eyes seeing how much you loved Paris and did everything you could to make his life easier. He couldn't of asked for a better parent. Hope time helps you heal and the grief will be replaced with smiles and your wonderful memories. So sorry for your loss, I can't imagine what you are going through. Hugs to you.

I'm so sorry! My heart goes out to you today and everyday. You were such an amazing mommy to Paris! Ive read your blog many times in the past, I thought it was wonderful. Your love for Paris really shone through in your words. Time will heal the pain but the memories will always be there. I lost a little guy far too soon 7 years ago this Sept and I still think about him and mourn his loss. My baby Stuart. I hope Paris met up with Stuart and they are romping around in their own little piece of heaven!

I am so sad to read you lost your beloved Paris. She will never be forgotten but, you gave her a wonderful home, love and spoiled her. She was one of the lucky dogs because of you!

My Jilly has been gone since 12-24-2003 and last fall I was still crying for her as Tibbe, whom I love more than anything, lay in my lap. So far this year, I've tried to divert my thoughts as quickly as possible when she drifts into them as I have been recuperating from surgery and illness and have tried to stay as positive as I can. I rarely look at photo's in the Gallery on this website as from time-to-time there is a dog that will remind me so much of Jilly it hurts deeply.
