Oh Mike, I have the hugest lump in my throat right now. I am so very sorry for your loss and also for Megan's family. I feel like it is a big loss for all of YT. I remember when Rusty first came home to you and I always enjoyed your posts about him and the rest of your pack.

He was a lucky boy to have two very loving families and I am glad to know that he went at home in your arms where he was so loved.

Mike I am so sorry you had to say goodbye to Rusty. That was a very touching memorial for him. It made me cry too. RIP Rusty your skin family, your little sis and brother Jillie and Eddie and your YT family are going to miss you

Also just saw this. I am so sorry for your loss. Not only was he a major part of your family, I think everyone here on YT agrees, he was also a part of our family and will be greatly missed. Rest in peace, Rusty. Love and prayers go out to you and your family. I'm sure Jillie and Eddie are going to miss their big brother.

You have such wonderful memories and pictures of Rusty's life with you, and we here on YT just loved all the video's and pictures of your guys you have posted over the years, and now we all grieve with you. My heart is aching right now and tears are falling. You gave Rusty such a wonderful and loving home and he was very happy. What a major void it will be for the "kids" now. I am so very, very sorry. Prayers will go out for you and your family.

Oh my goodness...I just read the memorial blog and the original thread about Rusty. What an amazing story. I am speechless. (And that doesn't happen very often!!)

I am so very sorry. When I first joined YT, your videos immediately caught my attention because I was recently living the "reverse" story of yours. We had our "Wallace" the lab first, then came "Wee Ted" the Yorkie. I loved seeing Rusty so calm and noble leading the others by quiet example (even though our wee ones like to think they rule.) My heart aches for all of Rusty's loving families and his furry friends. He sure had a lot of love in his life. We will miss you, Big Brown Boy xo

Oh my, I'm sobbing as I write this, I'm so sorry for the loss of your much loved Rusty. I know you all my be so sad and you little will need time to adjuster. Mike, what a wonderful tribute to Rusty, we all loved him dearly.
