I have terrible news!

I think most of you know Jen here (Jcarlson). Her little yorkie Katie passed to the rainbow bridge yesterday. She had been sick lately and Jen had been taking her to the vet regularly. She had started doing well. But she passed due to a freak accident. She was outside and she jumped out of Jen's husbands arms, and hit her head. Please say a Prayer for Jen and Jim. They are so heartbroken, I can't even bear to hear Jen's voice like that. I will be sending flowers this week. Oh Jen- I am so so sorry friend. Your Katie will be very missed and I know how much you loved her....PLEASE give Jim a hug from me too ...accidents can happen so fast and we never know when RB is needing a new angel. They have one in Katie for sure. I don't know what to say except what a tragic loss for you and you have my deepest and sincere condolences.....

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge

There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

I got to the gate of Heaven this morning, after we said good-bye.

Jen, I am so sorry to hear about your little Katie! I can not imagine what you must be going through!! There have been so many tragic losses these last few weeks, I am becoming so scared of something happening to my little angels!! You and your husband will be in my prayers!

Thanks everyone. Keep those Prayers coming. Jen and her family need them. Jen's mother just had a heart attack also. I just spoke to her. They were heading to the hospital. Please say a Prayer for this whole family.

Ouch wow Jen i am sooo sorry what a blow to you and your Husband .. i cant tell you how many times my babies have leaped outta my arms ... this post just has me crying ... I cant even Imagaine the pain i will send out prayers to jen and family
