hello , introduced myself several weeks ago when i adopted a new yorky named yoshi who is now 4 mos old and adorable.ihad mentioned ilost a yorky 9 yrs old named kirby to liver disease in june. well, ilost my scottie mcduffie 13 yrs old to renal failure exactly 3mos apart from kirby. he looked to us to try and end his suffering since ivs and antibiotics could not helb him keep any nutrition down. he just did not feel like trying anymore. i had never been a witness to a euthanasia but i am glad to have been tnere to pet him and look into his eyes. idid not cry anymore after it was all over . i did that while trying to make that critical decision.i miss him so . yoshi has really helped me because he is so happy.

I am very sorry for your lost . I understand what you went through because I have had the same experience when I lost my dear Collie . She was very sick and the medications were not effective . I held her head in my arms and told her that it was ok for her to go . I will never forget her . I have a big picture of her in my living room . When I look at her , I feel so peaceful just like if she was there .

I am so sorry for your loss

I cannot even imagine as I have never lost a beloved pet....it's just terrible that you lost two so close together. So sorry and I hope time will make you feel better

I am so sorry for your loss. I know what you are going thru. We had to put one of our little girls down too. And we miss her very much.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I know what you've been thru. I was there when I had my 15 year old Peke put down a few years ago. She was so fragile, and in her last hours, I just couldn't bear to see her hurting, but it still hurts me to think about her.

My thoughts are with you. Best of luck, and i'm glad you have your little one to focus on. They bring so much to us.

My heart is so heavy for you,my 14 yr old Peke had a cough ,one evening I said if it wasn't so late I would take him to the vet,well I went and didn't bring my baby home with me.He went into some kind of convulsions ,had a huge mass in him and had to be put to sleep.That was in 1991 and it still hurts today.Fortunatly I got my 8 week old Yorkie yesterday and I am head over heels in love.I will always love my peke Chi but Satch is already loved as much.I pray that your Yorkie is healthy,happy and lives a long, long life.

Catnayl, I am so sorry to hear about the death of your little friend. It is so hard to lose two so close together, I know. I lost one of my Yorkies in August and then a second one is September. Without my new 3 1/2 month old Wosie, I do not know what I would do.

I am so sorry for your loss. I have lost 3 yorkies over the years and it never is easy. Just be comforted to know that ther are new babies waiting to bask in your love and attention and keep your memories of your good times with the ones who went before.
They are all special in their own unique way and take a piece of our hearts with them.
