| ![]() So, so sorry for your loss. I was in your shoes 6 weeks ago and know exactly how you feel. Don't question your decision - you DEFINITELY did the right thing! As the vet tech told me on the day I sent my precious girl to the Rainbow Bridge - "This is the greatest gift of love you can give to your friend." Truer words have never been spoken, and that statement has helped me get through the grief. I hope those words help you too. And please know that the grief does subside (somewhat), and soon you will be able to remember the happy times. God bless! |

| ![]() I am so very sorry for your loss! I too have recently had to make the same decision; about 6 weeks ago. My dear sweet baby was only 5 years old. I am heartbroken. I actually have found my way onto Yorkie Talk looking for information/answers. I have been lurking in the shadows for awhile just reading all the posts. They say that time heals all wounds...let's hope!

| ![]() I am so sorry for your loss! Love is not always easy and when you love an animal and they are suffering it is the hardest thing to make that decision but it is a selfless on. The comfort you can have is knowing that you gave her a good life and she knew that she was loved. I believe that we will reunite with our pets spirits in heaven! I lost a golden retriever years ago to kidney failure and I had to make the final decision and it was so hard, I still miss her and I know that she is waiting for me under a big oak tree with that grin on her face. So know that you will See your baby again one day! ~ hugs out to you bc I know all to well how hard it is.~ Joyce |
