How sorry I am to hear of the very sad and sudden loss of your beloved furbaby, Sunnie. He was on this earth for much too little time and your pain must be unbearable. He was such a beautiful Yorkie and such a lovely personality to go with it. You did everything right but still he was taken from you. Life is very cruel sometimes and only God know why these terrible things happen. Although I can't imagine the depth of your pain, I do well know how devastating the loss of a pet can affect you - having been through this myself recently. Your sad news made the tears flow for you and I pray for you and little Sunnie; now playing over the Rainbow Bridge and watching over you.
He was loved so much and he knows it.
So God be with you and give you strength to get through this horrible time in your life.

Thank you all for your kind words and prayers for us. I am inconsolable as we leave Texas leaving my baby behind. I see his collar. harness, and leash on the counter in the RV and just cannot imagine him gone. We built a "yorkie condo" with thier crates in the RV to keep them safe while we drive and Sunnie always rode with Beamer. I have been "swapping" Sunshine and Rainbow into the crate with Beamer so he doesn't miss Sunnie so much. When I see him alone in the crate, it is so obvious that Sunnie is missing. I feel like the worst mommy ever to have to leave my baby behind. How can I go home and tell my friends that Sunnie is gone?

I can't imagine how you feel, but have been thinking so much of you and Mike lately. I am so very sorry. Maybe a quick call to one of your friends.... or an e-mail to tell them about your loss would be best. Then they could let some of your other friends know. It will be tough enough going home and then having to continually tell about your sad loss once you get there.
