| I Want A Yorkie Plz Help!!!!!!!! (Ohio) My daughter just turned 15years old on July 12th and she wants a Yorkie so bad. I am willing to pay a reasonable for her to have her joy and happiness in taking care of a small loving Yorkie. So if you have any puppies for sale or adoption that are reasonable prices I will be willing to take a look at them for my daughter. So thanks for your time and hope you can help me and my daughter. |

| Welcome to YT! Before you decide on getting a yorkie, you will want to do LOTS of research on them. They are very high-maintenance dogs, that need lots of time, attention, and grooming among other things They are also many times difficult to potty train, with many yorkies not being reliably trained until they are a year old! If you learn all of these things, and still decide you want a yorkie-the search is on! I don't have any yorkies to sell-but I wanted to give you a few ideas of where you might look to find a yorkie for you and your daughter! First, look on here-it's a great resource! Check newspaper ads-try looking at online newspapers of cities within a few hours of you as well, if you're willing to drive to find your yorkie. You could also You also might try your local animal shelters, as well as Petfinder.com, and see if there are any yorkie rescues in your area. Good luck searching!

I agree with this post!!! PLEASE make sure you do lots of research before you jump into this. So many people see these as cute little purse dogs, but they are a LOT of work! My 1 yr old is still having potty training issues. Yorkies can be very stubborn to potty train. If you have the time to give them the attention and disipline they need, then I say GO for it! You wont find a more loving dog then yorkies! | |
