If there aren't any good ones nearby Ann Arbor, the one I was talking about is about 20 minutes away, it is a private campground called Haas Lake (248) 437-0900. It is in the city of New Hudson, right off the highway so it would be easily accessible. (I've stayed here so I know it is decent, clean and people are more middle to upper class. The city of Ann Arbor is an University city so I am not sure how many campgrounds would be closer. Ann Arbor reminds me of a miny New York, complete with apartment buildings, lots of private houses turned into flats.... If you find one you are thinking of, and you are too far away to check it out, I wouldn't have a problem going to check it out for you either. Good Luck. AND just in case you are interested, I believe I heard they were having the hotels reserved for the people visiting the fair and since it IS the Yorkie fair, I am certain they would be dog friendly for this event BTW P.S. you are quite welcome
