| Reindog Parade Sat. Dec. 13th, Mt Adams, OH (Cincinnati) A few people were asking about the parade, so I thought I would start a thread and post the link. Mt. Adams sits above downtown Cincinnati overlooking it! I think it would be great if we could get a nice group of Yorkies to walk together in the parade. We had alot of fun last year! You could get pictures of your dog with Santa and they put dogs in category groups by size, etc.. They also had prizes for winners! Mt Adams Today

Senior Yorkie Talker | I'm in for it! I wonder if we could find some christmas-ie fleece hoodies for the kids or something. Would be cute, but warm. Maybe some santa hats or bows too.

| Oh and by the way, I have two xx-smalls that I have to return to Petedge in case anyone is interested. The size on the site said 8"L, 8-10" neck and 12-14" chest. I was skeptical because Wrigley and Camden are usually a small, but the measurements were right. Well, they were too small. I'm waiting for the Xsmalls now they are on backorder. Crosley's medium fit her.

Senior Yorkie Talker | Petedge had a couple things I'm going to have to order. I keep waiting, so I can place 1 big order and avoid the fee everyone talk about. Cute dresses though. I think I'm going get the kids semi-matching his/hers christmas fleece jackets or sweaters.

| Here is the infomation for the 2009 parade Reindog Parade 2009 Merry mutts of all shapes and sizes are invited to show off their holiday best at what has become a tradition in Cincinnati, the 19th Annual Mt. Adams Reindog Parade on Saturday, December 12. The parade begins in the Monastery parking lot, 1055 St. Paul Place, at 2 p.m. and our Grand Marshall for this years parade is Cincinnati Reds announcer, Chris Welch. Registration begins at 12:45 p.m. and is free, but donations to SPCA are welcome!! Deck yourself and your pampered pooch in your holly-jolliest (but safe) seasonal outfits and show off your holiday cheer by marching with hundreds of other dogs (and their humans) in the streets of Mt. Adams. No retractable leashes, please. Give it some thought - your costumes might win one of the following awards: Best Small Dog (25 lbs and under) Best Large Dog (25 lbs and over) Multiple Dogs (for those with a group of furry family members) Best in Show The event is sponsored by the Mount Adams Business Guild and benefits SPCA Cincinnati. There will be vendors selling hot food, drinks, dog treats, and pet apparel. Puppies and adult dogs will be showcased at the parade for adoption. Hamilton County Dog Licenses will be for sale and low-cost microchipping will also be available for $15.

| Oh my goodness! I am going to be near Cinci that weekend (Ft. Thomas)! I have plans to visit some friends from college and I don't know if they would like me bringing all the babies (they live in a 1br apt). I am so sad b/c I was thinking about how much fun it would be and then realized that I wouldn't really have anywhere for them to stay (bringing one wouldn't be a problem but even if I brought the 3 small ones - I think they would not be fans). Just my luck.

| We are not going to make the Reindog parade this year, I'm so sick about it, but there is a family Christmas party today at the same time! We are however headed this morning to have pictures with Santa!! I hope to see that some will go there and post pics! It's sooo much fun and I hate missing it!!
