Hey everyone!! I have a list of people but of course it's at work (forgot to bring it home) of everyone that has RSVP'd, the problem is that not many have sent a check. So i'm not sure on the head count. I'll let you know tomorrow hopefully who all is for sure coming. Also I wanted to post the address for the park:

1300 Hunter Rd Fairfield, Ohio 45014

Hunter Road dead ends you into the park so no worries about finding it. Also I will try to put signs up so you know where it is, it is the last shelter on the right where the parking lot is, its hard to miss.

so if your reading this and you are wanting to come to the meet-up on Sept. 20th please send me a message and i'll give you my address for where to send the check.

I hope I get a better response from this message than I have in the past

I also see that we have newbies to the group!! Welcome to all I haven't said it to yet!! I hope some if not all of you can come to the meet-up. Everyone is welcome!!

If anyone has any questions please let me know, i'll try my best to get back to you asap, sometimes my husband logs on while i'm not around and likes to read everything and not tell me if I had any messages or if somebody wrote on a thread and I missed it, darn DH lol. I'll hear it later for complaining about him on here when he reads this because I know he will!! lol

We're in New Jersey this week. As soon as I get back to Indiana and get my September work schedule I'll know if I can come on the 20th. I would really like to be there. Ashley, I'll email you privately as soon as I know so I can get your address.

Ok so far according to my notes I have only received checks for 4 people. those people are:

WinstonW
Zoey101
Lisa and Pic
Reese1

I am going to try and send some messages out to the people that have RSVP'd but not sent a check and see if they still want to come. I hope we get a decent turn out. Also I wanted to mention, some people are asking if they can bring the money the day of the picnic, the only reason I ask for it in advance is I need to know how many people are coming so I know how much food to buy for sure, it does happen that people say they will come and end up not showing up. This way I know you are coming for sure because you sent the money. I hope everyone understands why I am doing it this way. If you have any questions please let me know!!

The weather man said its going to cool down next week!! lets hope it sticks around for an extra week for the meet-up!!

I have 3 more checks on the way to me!! YAY!! Lets hope we can get some more people commited to coming!! I cant believe its only 2 weeks away!! Time is flying by!!

Thanks for that idea Reese1, I just posted in the general section. I hope it doesnt get kicked out. I'm not sure if it's allowed or not, I guess we'll find out. I put that everyone is invited because I dont want anyone to be left out if they want to make the trip from a further state. Hopefully we get a good response.
