Hey everyone, hope all are doing well. I know we are!! I was wondering if we had an update about the next meet-up!! Can't wait to see everyone and meet the new people that have joined us!! I wanted to share a picture of Bandit with you, so here it is!!

It is time.......... for a MEETUP!!!!

How many of you would be interesting in having a small "get-together" meetup for lunch (about 1:00) on May 9th, 2009 at the Kentucky Horsepark Campground?
It is located straight south of Cincinnati (about 1 hour). It is easy to find and not far off I-75.

We will be there camping for the weekend (I will post our campsite info later). I will be able to make some sandwiches (probably BBQ) & provide paperware & utensils and then everyone take a dish to pass and drinks of their choice. You will also need your folding chairs. We can enjoy a few hours of socializing..... with our Yorkies of course!!!! I also have quite a few x-pens, and if anyone can bring an extra one, the more the merrier!

I would like to know how many think that they can make it..... just to get an idea........ then we will go from there (deciding what food we are bringing, and how many per party are coming, etc). SO WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK??? Are ya up for a MEETUP????

For those of you that are RV'ers, there are campsites still available for this weekend ( of May 9th)..... it is a really super nice place to camp...... you can reserve a campsite on the ky horsepark website.

I should be able to be there!! I can't say for sure about Billy since he doesn't know what his days will be when he starts his new job, so once we know that I'll be able to say for sure. If he can't come i'll probably bring a friend!! Hope everyone else will be able to make it!!

I would love to go! I know exactly where that is and have been there several times. Unfortunately we have a police benefit (DH is an officer) that day (it will last from morning to evening) and its set it stone. I'm sorry ladies, I guess better luck next time!

So glad you can come to the meet-up! I went to the Pet Expo last year and enjoyed it. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be, though. But, I did buy Piccolo a really cute dress there. Probably cannot go this year, however, because of another commitment.

I'm not sure about May yet, but my plan is to go the pet expo next week.
I didn't know about it last year.

Hey I'm in Pikeville, KY about 3 hours from Lexington. I would have loved to went to a meet up my yorkie Lacey passed away this December though. She loved meeting other yorkies...lol. I'm trying to adopt one of the dogs rescued from a puppy mill in MO. I'm just hoping I get picked I would spoil and love it like it deserves. If i get another yorkie i would be very interested in meeting up. If i adopt one I would have to wait and see how it was around other dogs and people first though. I have two other dogs a Bichon Cracker and a Maltese Lilly. I dunno if u can bring other dogs that arn't yorkies but let me know.

Hi Ambermrowe, I'm sorry about your Lacey. Hopefully you are able to get one of the rescues!! We would love to see you there. I don't mind you coming with your other dogs, What does everyone else think?
