| I bathe my boys every 10 days or so. I find if I use too much conditioner, they get that greasy look after about 4 days. So now I use very little condition and rinse them well, and they stay clean longer Also, I turn the heat up in the house before I bathe them and I blow dry them so they don't get a chill.

| Maybe I need to sign Archie up for the Dirty Furkids Club because he only gets bathed every six weeks or so. Because he has some allergy problems, and his skin is sometimes irritated, his vet suggested I get him bathed every six or seven weeks (I don't do it myself, he goes to the groomer). BUT -- my pup does not get stinky! I wipe his little "areas" every night before bedtime so I never have a stinky little butt in my face. I brush him regularly and his hair does not get oily as some of you have mentioned. He is a condo dog, so we have no backyard for him to get too dirty in. He's almost two and he still smells like a baby to me!

| Mine get groomed about 3-4 times a year.the groomer is the next door neighbor, she said that in the long run, if you bahte them too much, you will dry out their hair, as your'e washing the natural oils out of them..Mine are all pee pad trained, so, they're not outside getting dirty.. |

| ........I bathe them one at a time as needed, no set schedule.....we have been out a lot lately on little trips so I bathed all three last night.....bella the chihuahua doesn't care for the hair dryer but I managed to dry her off w it anyway a little at a time and then I let her sleep in her sweater.....it was so much fun watching the three of them tear through the house chasing each other w this insane energy....they had a ball and so did I!! |

| Yorkie Yakker | I was bathing Ollie once a week at least ---sometimes more since he loves to get dirty in the back yard!!!! But now that he cant dry in the warm sun and air i use my blow dryer at the low heating till i am sure he is completely dry then i put a shirt on him. He gets very impatient getting dried but a bully stick seems to help! Oh and i also have been putting his towel in the dryer and then wrap him in the nice warm towel when the bath is over. whats a bully stick?
