| 3 year old dog trainer Last night copper was barking in the kitchen, he never barks. When I listened closer I could hear my three year old daughter Emalie saying copper speak, copper speak! Copper gave her a nice little bark and she told him good boy and handed him a piece of dog food. Copper has never been taught to speak, but Emma took it upon her self to teach him. she also had him coming, sitting ,and laying down, but he already knew those ones. I though it was neat to see them interacting so well together. lol If she keeps it up I am going to have to give her an allowance for training the dog.

| She says that she will train for one sucker. Lol I had to ask. She definitely taught him faster than I did! I agree that children do bond differently with animals.
