I just read everything on Baby Bear's Dogster page. I knew how he got hurt but - you have a way with words... I felt like he was talking directly to me...

I know it came straight from Baby Bear to you. The bond you have with him is so precious...

I know he would be such an inspiration to many many people who are handicapped and giving up on hope. I pray Baby Bear's story reaches even one person and help them regain hope and inner strengh to achieve the courage and deterimination Baby Bear has.

I just got done reading and looking at the pictures and video's on Baby Bear's Dogster page. I didnt know he had had a broken leg once too. You do have a way with words. I couldnt stop reading it. He's doing great with his new wheels. Just dont let him over do it. Its been so long sense he was able to move like that, Id hate for him to over do it and hurt from it. But I know you know what your doing. I think his story should be turned in, Like Maddies story was. What you are doing for him takes me back to all we went through with my little Yorkie/maltese.

I have been thinking maybe doing a book on him. I have to find the time right now.lol With trying to retrain him to walk and doing his therapies. And now I am going to be keeping his Dogsterpage up. I need to find the time to write.lol
I have a question. How do I like Babybear's dogster page to my signature???? I have tried several times but it keeps saying error.

Aaaaw Val..... Babybear's montage had me crying again. This little guy was so meant to have you for his Mommy. Look at what you do for him in your utter devotion to his recovery. I've bookmarked his Dogster page, so I can return there often for his updates. His story is just so remarkable, a true inspiration for overcoming the odds. How's he doing with his Angel Wheels today? Every teeny step of progress makes my smile wider and wider.

Val, here are step by step directions, with pictures, just for you:
1)First, go to the Dogster page, select the URL address and copy it.
2)In your User CP ,(Control Panel),on YorkieTalk select Edit Signature. A new window will open, similar to one in which you make posts. In the Toolbar above the text input box, right below the Color selection tool, (looks like an "A" with a red line below it), there is a little icon that looks like a green circle - click on that. Here is a pic showing it:

3)A new window will pop up that looks like this:

4)Now you paste the URL you had copied into the text input line and click ok.
5) Select the "Save signature" box, and voila! you should have your new sig, with Babybear's Dogster page for all to see.
Hope this is clear,if not just PM me and I will go through it with you step by step.

Edit: Your "buttons" might look different, because I am using an Apple computer, and you are probably on a PC, but the general directions are the same.Also, in the example I used, I am showing you my signature being edited as an illustration of the instructions.

Val I read Babybear's story on Dogster and I must say that you are one INCREDIBLE Yorkie mommy!!! Every animal should have such a caring guardian as you are!!! God Bless You! My best wishes and prayers go to you for continuing recovery of precious little Babybear. He is such an amazing little guy.

I am totally in tears as I type this. I just watched Babybear's swimming therapy video and I couldn't help but to cry. How very blessed this little guy is to have a family who loves him so much!! Way to go Babybear!!

Now all this happened because he jumped off the couch and got hurt?? Now I am paranoid cause my maltese is the only one that can get on the couch by himself and he jumps off!

He Jumped off my lap his first injury of his leg was jumping off the couch the wrong way. He got the neck injury because of AAI a congenital defect in the neck. Never the less if I ever get another pup I will be babying it forever. But for now my time and dedication are for Babybear.
I will write a piece in Babybear's diary explaining what AAI is. That way the word is out and I know everyone will get the knowledge on AAI. That is what my mission is to educate people on this because it goes misdiagnosed or undiagnosed. And it is a very serious condition.

Thank you for the info. I have never heard of AAI. I will definitely be looking it up. I will keep you and Babybear in my prayers!

How great it is that you are doing this. I, like so many others, know nothing about AAI, other than what I have read about Babybear. There must be so many people out there that need support if their animals have this condition. And Yay! to the idea of you writing that book!

I so loved seeing him with little Gizmo, his inspirational little friend. Val, I saw your post about him not being a YT member, but you should tell his mom to join; we would make her an honorary member. I asked Gizmo's mom to join she said it would be a great honor. So watch for Gizmo the Great and his mom Donna. They are very special. Gixmo has an amazing story also.
