| ![]() I've only used bands on bows...do the barrettes or clips REALLY stay in??? Just asking, cause I've noticed alot of the bows now have barettes. Guess I'm still in the dark ages! |

| ![]() I use them both. If I take Dior for a walk I will use the barrettes, but if I know she is going somewhere and will be playing and running crazy, I prefer the bands since her hair isn't the fullest.

Therapy Dog Donating Member | ![]() This is what I do, too. I use the latex bands to secure the top-knot and then use a barrette bow on top of that - it really stays in but again Izzy has medium hair (not thin but not thick).

| ![]() I've only had luck with the rubber bands. The barrettes always fall out on me. I will put a barrette in with a rubber band, but not alone.
