| Okay to put everyone at ease. I talked to my vet about chocolate and dogs. He said for Babybear he would have to eat a lot of chocolate to hurt him. The chocolate to watch out for is the dark chocolate. You can actaully give you pup white chocolate. But we have been told not to give chocolate at all. A little bit will not harm them in large quanitities will. So set your mind at ease. My vet says he gets calls all the time about a pup eating some m&m's that fell on the floor first thing he asks is was it the whole bag. IF not don't worry.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | He should be okay. Perhaps give some fiber-y food along with it, so it'll absorb any yuckiness or acid caused by the chocolate. Do you have any fiber cereal at home? Or even soda crackers?

| Everyone is right, one m&m isn't going to hurt him(my brother used to give his yorkie one regular m&m a day), anwyay, even though chocolate is toxic to dogs, the dark chocolate is what you really need to watch out for.. |
