| Puppy Not Eating Much? I stopped by to visit our puppy at the vet's office today. One of the techs said the puppies are still not eating very well, but the vet said they are eating better. While I was there, I babysat for them outside while they pottied and played. The vet brought some food out, but none of them ate any of it. I asked if they had tried Nutri-Cal, and they said "yes," but the puppies didn't take to it very well. She also said they have tried every puppy food on the vet's shelf, and they don't seem to like any of it. I bought Solid Gold to use when we finally get Logan home. Our puppy is 10 weeks old and weighs 1.5 pounds. He looks good and is active and friendly. What do you do to get them to eat better? Last edited by puppy_Love08; 10-15-2007 at 03:09 PM. |

| Mine wouldn't eat any dry puppy food. I home cook for all. It's a lot more work, but they gobble up their food now.
