| We *might* be able to come. I have a friend up that way that will let me stay with her. It just depends on how much school work I have closer to that time. |

| Me and my bunch will be driving up from South Alabama, coming up through Mississippi via HWY 45, through Tuscaloosa. It's about 5.5 hours, if anyone wants to meet up and convoy. Just shoot me a PM.

| I just called and they could rent the room to us from 9-12 on Dec. 1 for $50. What do you think? Will that work or is it too early for everyone? They can't give us the room any later than that. We could still try a dog park, but I'm not sure if it'll be too cold by then. |

| Is there any other places around? I think that since ppl will be traveling that they won't want the meetup to be until 12 or so.. what about a room at a hotel? |

| That's what I was thinking too. I will call around tonight. If all else fails, we should still go to the dog park and just put coats on them. Anyone in Chattanooga know of another place we could try? I only know of a place in Knoxville. |

| I LOVE Chattanooga! I use to live there and went to Grad school at UTC so I would love to help if needed. There is the Chew Chew Canine Park in Chattanooga but it might be too cold for that. I really like the idea of the indoor place and $50 sounds very reasonable

| There are some great places in Chattanooga for dog treats and other cute stuff. There is Aunt Sue's K-9 Bakery (which I love) and Bone Appetit Bakery. And then there is Four Paws and A Tail which is a bakery and a cute little boutique. Someone might want to give some of those places a call and see if they have any ideas about a place. | I called one place today and they suggested to call Chattanooga Parks and Recreation. They said Renaissance park is dog friendly and they might have an indoor pavilion. They also said to try The ARK. I can't call until Friday. No lunch break for me at work for the next 3 days since we have to complete our project by Thursday If neither of these places work then we'll have to decide if we want to meet at the park or at PDX at 9 A.M. |

| I really would not suggest The Ark at all. We've had a lot of bad commentary on them from our grooming clients who have sent their dogs there for daycare and were NOT happy with the service or the facility. PDX is great if everyone is up to it. But I agree with it starting at 9am, that wouldn't be fair at ALL to everyone who is traveling from out of town to come to the meetup. The park next to Coolidge is dog friendly. It'll be chilly here by then, but we can put coats on our guys. If Bone Appetit was bigger, Joan and Kathy wouldn't mind us all meeting there, but it is a small and sometimes crowded boutique, ESPECIALLY on the weekends. I stay away once I leave work on Friday for the weekend. lol It's insane looking up front there some days. Thank god I can stay in the back and groom dogs! I've been trying to think of some other facilities where we could meet up. Most everything I've come up with is outdoors though. Hmmmmm
