| Simple Stupid measurement question LOL Okay, I know that this is totally stupid and you can laugh at me all you want. I am going to do the GE, but I need to measure Tinkerbell. Is it the height of her back or to the top of her head? And measuring her length is it from the back of her neck to the tip of her tail or what? I am so confused. LOL. I usually go to the store and say, "Hmm this will fit her." Okay bring on the laughing!!!!

| The only "stupid" question is the one that remains unasked and unanswered. Your question was a VERY good one that confuses a lot of people. You measure from the top of the back where the front legs attach to the body (just a little down from the base of the neck) down to the floor for the height. |

| Length is from where their collar would be around their neck to the base of the tail. Make sure your dog is standing up straight on all fours and measure straight down the spine for an accurate measurement. Chest is measured right behind the front legs. You measure around the rib cage area there. Neck is of course around the neck where their collar would be. Height is the length of the legs from shoulder to the ground.

| Length would be from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Don't include the tail in the length measurement. (I think...lol) Watch me be wrong!

| You are right. You don't include the length of the tail unless you just want dresses to fit really long
