| Skip isn't drinking much water...... I don't really know how much he needs. I just got him Sunday. Could this be an adjustment issue? |

| Are you feeding wet food? Sometimes dog that eat wet won't drink much since it's full of moisture. Most dogs only drink when they have to (like mine). I don't think I've seen her take a drink for the last few days (that doesn't mean she doesn't, just not enough for me to catch her). She gets homecooked which is also full of moisture. If you have any concerns about it though, I would talk to a vet.

| Lacy doesn't drink much on a normal day because she is on a raw diet. She gets most of the moisture she needs in her food. The past couple days she has been drinking a lot more because my parents yorkie is here and they play a lot and we've been going on longer walks...so she gets hot and tired and is drinking more.

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | morgan's on the raw diet as well and i hardly ever see her drinking water, unless we've just come back inside from a walk or she's been playing like a nut.
