Wow Princesa I don't mean to be miss understand here my english is not that great but I'm working on it, I have got some e-mails here that I'm also refering too, and Joy start telling me about her financial problem she allready had Jesamine, I felt so bad because it seems that all trouble started after she got it like it was in bad timing for both, and I have 98% of her emails save too. I really don't want to argue or cause a problem but the way you said "you prolly (sic) would have gotten a better home ..... and "i would be concerned...." sounds like judgement to me. This poor person knows what she did wrong and is upset with herself as well as Joy. She doesn't need anyone else telling her should of, could of information. Locking the gate after the horse gets out is useless. Why she did or didn't do something doesn't matter now. The question is can and will we help her or not?

if you read what is highlighted i said what you said in a different way but the same message. please don't pick apart my post but read them as a whole and you may get a better understanding of my thoughts as i type them, Thanks!

The fact is, we were all duped by Joy here. Someone like her who has several thousand posts, and she was an EXTREMELY active poster here who posted all day every day. One can't help but feel like he or she knows someone under those circumstances.

There are several very active posters here right now. Don't we all feel like we know them--even though we don't really?

OP...try this.

Send her a bill for the dog and send a copy to both the district attorney in your area and the one in the city she lived in. In it, tell her to either pay the amount or return the dog and that she has 30 days to comply or that you will seek legal recourse. Send the letters certified, with return receipt requested. Also, send a copy of the pm's that you have that show there is an agreement between the two of you for x # of dollars for the dog. This is your contract, and if you take her to court, that will be your legal proof that she owes you money or the dog. Send that to the district attorney in her area with the copy of the demand letter.

Wow that is unbelievable. I hope you get your dog back but it is going to be a long haul in Minnesota even though it is a living breathing dog you have to take them to court to get your dog back. We need to get the law changed on this. GOOD LUCK and God Bless.

OH my goodness, I sure hope you get your baby back. I have read about a few other people who were scammed by this Joy.
DO NOT let this bad apple ruin the kindness and goodness you have in your heart. These scammers are good. I have helped numerous times from lies and promises and I say I wont do it again, but I do.It is on the books upstairs and I will continue to help when and where I can and I do it for myself. I wish I had the money that should have been paid but I will get by because I know I am a good person and God knows Im a good person, and here on YT they know you are a good person.
I will pray this little one will being taken care of until the time this can get settled.
