OH my goodness, I sure hope you get your baby back. I have read about a few other people who were scammed by this Joy.
DO NOT let this bad apple ruin the kindness and goodness you have in your heart. These scammers are good. I have helped numerous times from lies and promises and I say I wont do it again, but I do.It is on the books upstairs and I will continue to help when and where I can and I do it for myself. I wish I had the money that should have been paid but I will get by because I know I am a good person and God knows Im a good person, and here on YT they know you are a good person.
I will pray this little one will being taken care of until the time this can get settled.
