| Silky or yorkie?? I had to take my Megan to the vet today cuz she was still having blood in her stool. well she's on meds now . she has a wide spread bacteral infection, but nothing serious. BUT when we were at the verts and she was weighed she's 7 1/2 Lbs. Then the vet told me she thinks Megan is a silky terrier not a yorkie. I thought she had a longer body and was bigger than my friends yorkie. I never knew there was a yorkie & a silky.. any one else have a silky? ( still love her) |

| LOL - Usually, if you click on the "User CP" link (stands for User Control Panel, I think) in the upper left corner in the blue bar, it will take you to any threads that you've either started or posted in and that have new answers. It makes it easy to check for answers on the thread that you started.

| Someone on here will take a moment to PM you or something I'm sure w/ instructions. Otherwise, if you want to e-mail them to me, I can post them up for you! (I'm busy w/ my daughter going back to bed and doing laundry at the same time, otherwise I'd take the time to step you through posting them up yourself.) topsredhead@yahoo.com |

| your friend is probably wrong... i know princess's body is longer than a lot of yorkies and so i have to get some of her clothes custom fit also silkies tend to weigh in the 10 lbs range (correct me if im wrong someone) |

My Spyro is a silky and you really cant tell the difference wether he is a yorkie or not.. He aslo weights 8 lbs and thats hm on the chunky side. I find that silkies , just like yorkies range in their sizes. I also read somewhere that a silky is half yorkie..explains why they look identical in some cases.
