| New to YT Hi I am new to yorkie talk. I have 3 young children, a wonderful husband, and a lovable Boxer (his name is Seamus). I also have many other small pets. I stay at home with my children. My youngest one will be 3 and I guess my husband thought that I needed a new baby so 2 months ago he and my parents got me a little boy Yorkie. I didn't know much about them when I got him. Just seemed little, my rabbits are bigger than him. I am used to much larger dogs. However, he fits right into my family. My 76 lb Boxer and him are best buds, sleep together, play together, get into trouble together. No problems potty training him, only had 2 accidents in the house in 2 months (got him at 8 weeks). I took him in for his 16 week check up and he is 6.5 pounds. He is a purebred yorkie. Breeder was very nice, gave a lot of info on the pup, parents, and grandparents. House and kennel very clean, gave us a 2 month supply of food. I think that he came from a good breeder, again I don't know. His name is snickerdoodle and at 6.5 pounds will soon weigh more than both parents. He is not fat just big and so cute. I don't care is he turns out to be 50 lbs. He knows how to sit and stay, lay, beg, and speak. You show him something once and he knows it. Does anyone out there have a Teapot Yorkie (I think that he might be the teapot, cups, and saucers lol). Sorry so long, Ali |

| I guess he thought a fur baby would be better than another human baby. Did I mention that my children are all little girls. Our only boys are furry. |

| Welcome to YT. I love it that your only boy is a furbaby. My only Granddaughter are furbabies. So I know the filling. But I love them just as much as if they were skin grandbabies. lol
