| "Garbage Mouth" My Delilah if 4 months old, and she walks along the floor with her nose to the ground at all times like a bloodhound. She picks up anything and everything and tries to eat it! Is this normal Yorkie behavior? I am so afraid she will find something and eat it and become very sick...

| There has been a few dogs that did this, and I don't know if theres a solution to it. You can look in the training section, I know it was discussed in there. |

| Zoey is the same. She has her nose to the groud all the time looking for crumbs. We call her the "crumb cruiser."

| Ohhh your baby is cute!!! I think it is normal for any dog to sniff around. You will be surprise what you find in their poop!!! lol You may want to teach her the command "leave it." It doesn't work well with my dog but I've seen other dog who listen to the command and won't pick up things from floor!!! Good luck. |

| Penny does the same thing. I think she's part blood hound. I have to vacuum my floors everyday.

| Squeaky has always done that and he is 6 yers old. My husband and I play hide and seek with him...I'll hide and Squeaky finds me every time. He's so funny - I will run all around and when Kevin lets him out of the house, he IS like a bloodhound. His vet got a real kick out of it. It took a little while but I finally got him stopped from eating things - him eating a cricket was what prompted me to work on him about that. He still chases the crickets but he leaves them now instead of eating them. |
