(our dog's names are so similar I typed Lacy at first LOL) I was glad to see someone else as crazy and addicted to dog clothing as I am! I am seriously ADDICTED!!

Lacy just turned three this past month. Almost all of those things were bought in the last two years. I am probably going to list a few more things for sale at the end of this next week....just have to decide what I should let go of.

I have a ques. How do you guys wash your babies clothes? Little Miss London likes to rub up against walls, buildings when she walks, idk why she does this but it gets her clothes dirty! Anyway do you handwash, machine wash etc? i don't want to mess up her pretty dresses

I haven't washed many of Lacy's things because she doesn't normally get them dirty. She has some tanks by I See Spot that I will throw in the washing machine on delicate cycle if they do get dirty and then lay them flat to dry. I have also washed a few things by hand before. I don't know what I'd do if one of her really nice dresses got dirty...I'm afraid to wash a lot of her things.

I store all of my babies clothes in the HUGE (mine are the ones that are as big as they come because my babies have a TON - and I do mean a TON of clothes

) plastic bin/storage container. I actually started out with a few of the smaller sizes, but they fast outgrew those and we had to upgrade, lol. Stedman has his own, and Tatum has her own

As for her bows, I also store those in a plastic bin/storage container - but a smaller one that I just keep sitting on a desk in the babies room. All of the ones I use of course have the lids. For Tate's, I put all of her dresses in one section, all of her Tee's in another, all of her Tank's in another, all of her Harnesses in another, all of her Joggers/Jumpers in another, and all of her PJ's in another. She even has a section for Panties, LOL. Stedman has all his separated into their "appropriate" sections as well.

I tell ya, the things we do for our babies - SPOILED ROTTEN!

Wow, look at all the oufits Lacy has!! I love how you have everything set up!!
It got me thinking of how I can change the closet around that the currently have so I can get more space out of it.
I just have to figure out where I will put the food storage bins if I change things around in the closet.

Right now I have dresses hanging up in a closet. Then have two big storage bins that have drawers. 6 drawers all together.
It two of the drawers I have dog food and cat food. I love it this way because before I would just have the food in the orginal bags but this way is so much neater and easier.
Then in another two drawers I have the washable pads. The last two drawers I have coats, shirts and sweaters.

Then I also have a small pink storage bin with three drawers, this is a very small one. In the bottom drawer I have diaper wipes, belly bands, diapers, etc.
In the middle drawer I currently have their pj's in it. And in the top drawer I have their grooming stuff like combs, brushes, bows, bands and barrettes.

And lastly, I bought a cabinet that goes on the wall from Lowes. In has two shelves in which I store all their supplements and whelping supplies on one shelf and towels and all of their shampoos, conditioners, detanglers, etc.
I also have a toy box in the puppy room and another toy box in the living room as well as a third toy box in the family room.
And I still don't have enough room for everything!!

This is only a temporary basis, I need to come up with some better organizing skills with the space I am limited too. But it works for now. It is a ton less cluttered then it use to be at the old house.

Keep the ideas and tips coming!! I could use them!!

I just joined last week. I always planned to get a Yorkie when I became an empty nester. Then Lady came into my life as a rescue, and the rest is history! With all her medical problems, I couldn't afford to get another one and still take care of her properly so I never got that Yorkie.

When that awful day comes and I lose her, I plan on getting another Maltese and a Yorkie. They get along so well together, don't they? That's why I already know so many of you!

So I'm here to learn as much about Yorkies as possible with everyone's help!

Thank You all so very much for all the wonderful ideas. I need to come up with something. Just could not think of the best way to store everything. And with our little girl coming. I know I am going to go nuts on the clothes. I can not wait....Just thinking of all the dresses and bows....

Told hubby I might have to start collecting somethings now so I would be ready when we get her....lol....

You guys have given me some good ideas to start on....Thanks Again....

I keep chanels outfits in a large hat box.The ones that have pretty designs on it and usually come in sets of three.They look real nice in the closet or you can match it with any decor in the house so it blends in nicely.

We want to come shopping at your house!! hehe.

I love getting things for Avie, and she has a pretty good size wardrobe goin'.. BUT i have just as big of a clothing addiction for myself.. so i have to switch off between me and her-hehe.(which slows the growth of her closet down a bit..)

Anyways-we store her stuff in a really neat armoire. (its more of a buffet style, armoire though-so its getting to be too small for all her stuff now)I've been meaning to get one of those plastic organizers, for her bows..right now they are in a lil zip-up pouch(almost like a make-up bag) & her brushes, shampoos, harnesses, leashes, etc. etc.. are all in small, open, lil bin-type things, that can easily be pulled out of the armoire. We also have, (i want to say they are picture boxes?) really cute with roped-type handles, that we put the clothes she doesnt wear as often in, along with a few other random accessories, etc.

I LOVE this kind of thread.. i like to see how everyone has their set-up and its fun getting creative lil ideas too!!

i am LOVING all the pictures(keep em coming!!

) and the organization is fabulous!!
