Getting a yorkipoo!! So we've broken down and are getting a little sister for Roo. This is necessary because we discovered just how loud she can cry! We left Roo alone the other day at our new house (she usually stays with me at my parents with our other dog- who will be living with my parents until we move somewhere with a bigger yard). Oh my goodness that 2 lb puppy can make the biggest cry i've EVER heard! lol I already knew that because she'll occassionally do it at bedtime but this was ridiculous! We were outside of our townhouse and downstairs and we could still hear her shrieking! Anyway we were going to get a puggle but decided they were too big and we wanted another one similar to our Roo but didn't want to spend quite as much. So we ended up with a yorkipoo who is going to be shipped in from MN (and really isn't any cheaper lol sigh). Anyway does anyone else have a yorkipoo? I'm hoping she's as well behaved as our little Roo- who is perfect other than the crying- she doesn't bark or anything and she's so cuddly! Just wondering what experiences everyone else has had? Oh and here's a picture of our new baby- we can't wait to get her after our honeymoon in 3 weeks! Now we just need to name her! She looks like a little teddy bear! =)

Have you done your homework on this breeder? Especially since she is being "shipped in". Animals can have different personalities just like people do, the fun part is discovering it while they grow.

Yeah we actually talked to about 5 different people and finally decided on her. She has a bunch of reviews and a one year health guarantee for any genetic defects as well as a shorter guarantee for things like parvo and distemper. We also had her do the thing with the picture with our names on it (that's the pic we attached) and she's been very helpful! Especially since we need the puppy shipped out at a specific time- she's definitely worked well with us and has gotten things done quickly- hopefully our little girl will be great but I'm not too worried- she's supposed to be about 6 lbs which will be twice the size of Roo but it's still small enough for our house! Anyway we're very excited! =)

I have a yorkiepoo. She is the one that started all of the small dog stuff for me. We had a Golden Retriever before, but had to put him down with hip displasia. I told my husband the next dog would be small and non shedding. Well a student brought these puppies in for show and tell and I fell in love. I bought her for my daughter. A whole whooping $125!!! I thought that was a fortune for a dog. Michelle has been the best dog! She is so smart. Barks when someone drives down our drive (Live in country). Very loving and can be funny. Michelle loves to go for car rides and we sometimes have a hard time getting her out of the car if we don't want her to go. She can also be stubborn about coming inside. She loves water! She lead to a toy poodle (actually 3, but we only have one of the toy poodles now), and then the Biewers and yorkies. As you can see by my signature we have several dogs living with us. Quite a house full!!!

Thanks we're so excited- my fiance just made the official downpayment and we'll be getting our pup in a little less than 3 weeks! I'm already super excited and we're thinking of naming her pumpkin (that was roo's original name but my fiance didn't like it then but now all of a sudden he wants to call this one pumpking lol) anyway thanks for all the well wishes!! =)
