| BOBOs made in china? mocha loves her bobo and i've been tossing out many of her toys from all the recalls and noticed that her bobo is made in china as well. she ADORES her bobo and i know so many of your babies do too. is it part of the recall? i can't find any information on it. if it is, mocha will be one sad sad puppy with a sad sad mommy.

| I wouldn't be so sure! Here is a quote from the article I posted previously. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=94944 I am not sure, the article I posted previously http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=94944 Says this (below): Quote: Expertox said a cloth catnip toy also tested positive for a tremendous amount of the toxic metal cadmium. The levels of cadmium found were 236 micrograms per kilogram. Two other Wal-Mart pet toys were analyzed, a cloth hedgehog for dogs and a plastic dumbbell toy for cats. Expertox found cadmium in those two pet toys, but the lab toxicologist said the levels found were similar to the amount in one cigarette and not considered significant. Read the rest of the article at: http://www.itchmo.com/expertox-finds-lead-other-toxins-in-wal-mart-pet-toys-2877 So it looks like at least some fabric toys may be affected, though not to the same level as the latex ones.

| I just started going through Lexie's toy box and almost EVERY SINGLE stuffed toy is made in china!!! This is absolutely CRAZY!! What the heck is wrong with our country that first of all we allowed all of this exporting to be done and secondly, why are we still allowing it, knowing the HUGE danger to everything and everyone????!!!!! I say we bring ALL of those jobs back to the US- our economy could sure the heck use it and then we would be so much safer (hopefully) or at least have more control!! So..... what should I do???!!!! Lex LOVES all of her toys- she plays with all of them a lot. I HATE the thought of getting rid of EVERYTHING, but yet I don't want her in danger ,even if it is a small risk!!This just infuriates me!!

| Maybe we should just buy those socks that monkeys are made from, and just make toys from those. They are nice and thick. You can buy those squeekers to put inside too. Target has them. There are about 6 or 8 to a package really cheap. |

| Can you imagine what would happen if everyone brought in their toys back to places like PetSmart and said " HEY we want a refund, you sold us a product that could harm our pets!" Maybe then these companies would start paying a little more attention.
