| Ask your nearest pet store that carries Canidae and ask if they have samples. The pet store/boutique where I got Canidae actually has a big bin of free food samples for you to choose from. The owner saw that I picked up a couple of Canidae samples and offered to give me more if I wanted. |

| I am sorry to say there is some controversy on this food.. They have had some testing done and say that there was acetaminophen found in it.. But the samples they sent in, had 2 different foods in it and the lab mixed them together.. so nothing is conclusive.. the Company is dyning any claims of it being in the food... I think I would wait till there is a definite out come.. Loretta |

| I think the controversy is an internet rumor, that is spreading from one pet site to another. |

| I emailed Canidae, as this is what Conner eats, and below is the response I received. Dear Pamela, We received unconfirmed information about a week ago that a particular laboratory that tested a sample of dog food submitted by a consumer reported that the sample was positive for acetaminophen at the limit of detection of 1 part per million. The consumer identified the dog food as a Canidae product and provided to us the lot number of that product. We submitted samples from the same lot to an independent laboratory for testing. The independent laboratory could not detect any acetaminophen in the product down to the same level of 1 part per million. We also submitted to the independent laboratory a sample from a second lot and it was negative as well. We do not believe that Canidae pet products contain any acetaminophen and are confident that that there is no safer or more nutritious pet food available today. Sincerely, Team Canidae
