| Guilt!! I gated them in the kitchen today! I've noticed some dark spots on my wood floors where I think the boys are marking. They've always had the run of the house while I'm at work. Today is the first day I have gated them in the kitchen. They usually sit on the back of the couch and look outside all day. I'm feeling very guilty for taking that away from them. There is no comfy couch in the kitchen, but I did make them both some cozy beds. I can't let them ruin my wood floors, but it sure is so hard. I'm sure they'll be ok, but can you guys relate, I feel like the worst mom in the world. Such hardships our little guys have to go through

| I know what you mean. I think about myself gated in the kitchen all day and how boring it would be. I try to rotate toys and on days they are there for more than a few hours, they get a special chewy like a tendon or something. They will be fine!!!

| At least they have each other to keep themselves occupied! That and plenty of toys should keep them busy!

| I would love to be locked in the kitchen...just, I guess if you cant open the fridge it's not the same. They have each other to keep company.

| Ha Ha!!! I know, I'm such a spaz!!! It killed me when I pulled out of the garage and didn't see their little faces looking at me out the window! I gotta do it though, I just keep telling myself, THEY ARE FINE!! I guess I get a little carried away sometimes when it comes to my boys.

No Longer a Member | I've had to have the girls (Chloe and I'm babysitting Sukoshi) gated in my bathroom, since we're having hardwood floors installed downstairs (my bathroom is as big as a small bedroom, so they've got it pretty cushy!). Then I went back to check on them after a few minutes, and they ATE MY WALLPAPER OFF THE WALLS!! So just be careful if you have wallpaper and you want to keep it! |

| Well... I dont understand. You have more than one pup, so they are able to keep each other company no matter where you put them. I leave Meka in the kitchen during my work day. I know she'd be using the bathroom everywhere if we let her. Dogs need their own space, not full run of yours.... 8)

| 'm sure they'll be fine!.. leaving a radio might help them a little bit.. also if your allowed to (depending on where you work) you could set up a webcam to check on them so you know that they are okay.. and you could even talk to them |
