They are not totally asking for money, but there is a part where you can buy the book your photo is published in. | I am cautious too, I guess I will believe it when I see it. I did send a picture to the contest, and I think that there have been others on here that did also and also recieved the same notice. |

| It sounds like the poetry books - it's legit that they select and publish your poem with the hopes that you will, of course, purchase the book. That's how they really make their money. My daughter is a "published poet" and I am the proud owner of one of the $35 books. But a book of pet pics would be fun.

| Lacy got one of those last year. I think they choose everyone's picture..they want you to pay money for the book that your dog's picture is in
