help finding a yorkie that looks like this

That cutie reminds me of my little Lola. The breeder told us she was going to have a "teddy-bear" face, very delicate little features.

I thought I'd just go ahead and post what Brittie has on her site about tinies:

I can't begin to tell you how many people have emailed me wanting a "teacup" exactly like Mia. She's so cute and pocket-sized she's just irresistible! However, I must warn everyone that a tiny yorkie is not just a cute cuddly stuffed animal. It is a highly dependent, demanding creature who needs constant care and supervision. Of course no matter what I say there will always be people out there looking for the smallest dog they can find. But I like to try and tell people the truth about tinies so they at least know what they are getting themselves into.



Not everyone should have a tiny as they take 110% of your time and attention, and they are NOT appropriate for people who work full time and would have to leave them alone for more than a couple hours a day. I say this to most people who want a yorkie, because yorkies as a breed thrive on attention from humans. But especially tinies, they NEED you there to survive! My mom's yorkie is 4lbs and she is MUCH stronger and sturdier than Mia. That extra pound or two really makes a difference.



Hypoglycemia will last throughout his whole life, not just end at puppy hood like most yorkies. Mia has had 2 bad episodes where even though I gave her Nutrical and Karo she had a hypoglycemia attack, started convulsing and I almost lost her both times. The point I want to stress is Mia is a HEALTHY tiny, she doesn't have any neurological problems or muscular disorders like many can. And this is a HEALTHY tiny which is rare, most are unhealthy because they are the runt or are bred to be a "tiny" which is another reason to think twice. Breeders who "always" have tinies are a bad way to go, if a breeder always has tinies it means they don't care about their lines and are not obeying the yorkie standard, as well as not caring about their dogs as it is VERY DANGEROUS to breed tiny dogs. ***The ONLY WAY to get a tiny responsibly is to find a breeder with normal sized pups who happens to have a tiny, which could take a very long time.*** I just hear so many people who want tinies, and don't realize they can't be left alone, or they could DIE. It’s that serious. I just like to tell everyone the truth about tinies so they know what they are getting themselves into and know the hard work, dedication, and financial obligation that are ahead of them.



Tinies can also be very expensive, way above and beyond the beginning price for the actual puppy. I take Mia to the ER vet often because tinies can die so quickly from the smallest problems. A tiny can die easily of low blood sugar, even a cold, which any other dog could fight off. And her spaying cost way more than normal, because they had to take several precautionary measures to protect her such as catheters and IVs that they normally do not need. They cost a lot more than normal yorkies because of this; I often pay $200+ every time I go to the vet just for routine things. For instance, Mia was sitting on my lap; I was sitting on the floor! And she fell off, and hurt her leg. Took her to the ER, they had to take x-rays because she wouldn't walk on it, and just that visit ended up costing me $450, for just a sprain. And that was when she was only 4 months old. I am just concerned I suppose because people see Mia and want one just like her, and have no idea the responsibility she is. I just want to warn everyone because Mia is healthy, and you wouldn't believe the amount of money I've spent at the vet and ER vet, once for the sprain, a few times because she got bit by some insect and her eyes swelled shut! The tiniest problem in any other dog can be and is deadly to tinies.
