http://trixieandpeanut.com/travel/m11751.html I like it because it does not attract attention. When he's all zipped up, very discreet.

| I dont understand why you cant have a dog in a bag, but you CAN have a screaming 3 yr old running wild. I could see no big dogs, but something that stays in a bag should be allowed. I may be slightly biased!!! Tee Hee

| I have the small one. Chewy is between 4.5 - 5 lbs. Fits him perfectly, I think the size chart is right on, if he was much bigger he'd probably need the larger size.

| I've snuck Mugzy in lots of places He is usually very quiet if I put him under my shirt and just let him stay there. Sometimes he pops his head out by my neckline, but usually he just stays under there and takes a nap. If yours got antsy, you could take him in the bathroom. I'd probably try it |

| Kwigy-Bo carriers are great! My favorite bags are from a company called Kwigy-Bo! They are stylish but very discreet. I have a four pound yorkie and use the alex bag! They are a little expensive but they work really well if you are trying to conceal your dog---a lot of the major companies on the net carry them! |

I ride the Amtrak to see my daughter. I take Coby in a bag a lot of places (he loves his bag!), but I just can't chance it on Amtrak, because they could kick you off at some odd stop in the middle. .... that would suck!!

| I don't think I would chance it myself but I am one who tends to follow the rules. I would be worried that they would search your bag and not let you on at all. And I would add, that maybe they have the rule because of people with allergies? I'm allergic to cats and would not be happy if the person next to me on the train had a cat in her bag..... just my opinion. Let us know how you make out though if you do decide to chance it. |
